Heidi is a jewel to work with. She listed our house which is on a two-acre parcel. We knew it would be a slow sell because rural locations can move slowly. Immediately, the for sale sign was posted and an exquisite photo and video presentation, complete with drone flyovers was secured and posted. The presentation was superb. Then frequent open houses started being held. That was a welcome surprise because other agents from the past houses said they usually do not produce results. Well, lots of interested parties came to each one because Heidi’s advertising drew them in. Heidi developed many mailers focused on client types for whom her research determined would be potential buyers. Her determined and continuing push on the listing finally paid off, even in the slow season, with a sale a few months before I expected it to occur.
I met Heidi in 2011 when my sister and I were trying to sell our parent's home in Fallbrook CA. after their passing. We had a less than memorable experience with another agent and Heidi stepped in at a time when the housing market was not good.
